Who you are buying from

The Merch Guy is a shop run by Flowy Applications Inc., which trades as StitchGrid, at 1407 Broadway, Suite 1907, New York, NY 10018. When you order, you are buying finished shirts from us.

Made to order

Every shirt is printed for your order after you pay. The price you see at checkout, including shipping and any tax, is the price you pay.

Because each order is custom, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check your sizes before you order.

If something is wrong

If a shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered, reply to your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will reprint it at no cost, or refund it if a reprint is not possible.

Colors on screen and in print differ slightly, and a print made from a low-resolution file will look as soft as the file. Neither counts as a misprint. The shop shows how sharp your file will print before you pay.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own the artwork you upload or have permission to print it. You are responsible for any claim that it infringes someone else's rights.

We may refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, if the artwork infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful, hateful, or harassing.

We use your artwork only to print your order. We share it with our printer for that purpose and do not use it for anything else.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship once they are printed, and we email you the tracking number when they do. A package becomes your responsibility once the carrier marks it delivered.

Payment and your details

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your name, email, and shipping address to fulfil and support your order, and share them only with the printer and the carrier.
